For starters, the Forsyth County tax rates are some of the lowest in the Atlanta area and we have a beautiful parks & recreation system that maintains over 2,000 acres of property, which sustains everything from hiking trails and dog parks, to baseball, soccer, and rock climbing facilities.

While a large part of Georgia struggled during the economic downturn, Forsyth County actually continued to grow and for the most part, the housing market remained extremely stable. At the moment, if you’re looking to buy a home, I can offer you a wide array of houses and neighborhoods which will meet the needs of any budget. A large portion of our communities offer efficient HOAs that help maintain home values, which are also supported by the fact that the majority of these neighborhoods boast refreshing swimming pools and other amenities such as tennis courts and resident club houses.
