For starters, the Forsyth County tax rates are some of the lowest in the Atlanta area and we have a beautiful parks & recreation system that maintains over 2,000 acres of property, which sustains everything from hiking trails and dog parks, to baseball, soccer, and rock climbing facilities.
While a large part of Georgia struggled during the economic downturn, Forsyth County actually continued to grow and for the most part, the housing market remained extremely stable.
